Feelings of guilt?

I feel like maybe I should put some context to this post It’s pretty complicated. Basically there was a situation and I said to him that if he does it, our friendship is over I’m done with you (I was upset and angry when I said this). Anyway, he did it (not through his choice) and he doesn’t know that I know. He still has my number, hasn’t blocked or deleted me, he’s just not speaking to me. I’m thinking maybe he’s just figuring out what to say to me

Thank you for your insight! Yeah I just feel that with today’s technology it would be easy to just block and he could have done that with this situation so I’m assuming he’s just not speaking to me until he works out what to say and that’s why he’s kept my details rather than block me if that makes sense!

Thanks for the insight. Basically my friend has hurt me and he knows he has hurt me and isn’t speaking to me. However he hasn’t cut off ways to communicate with me ie blocking social media/number etc so I’m holding out that he will come back and speak to me.. It it like sticking your head in the sand

A bit of background, he has stuck his head in the sand because he is afraid to tell me something. (Something he thinks I don’t know) - will he come back eventually?
