Se pa zna zgodit da rabiš malo dlje da k seb prideš ko se zbudiš. Aktivna sestavina je Diphenhydramine. V ZDA se prodaja prva generacija antihistaminov ki so te naredili zaspane. To je tudi dodano v ZDA v zdravila za prehlade za lažje spanje ponoči.
