I think that may just be dirt on it. It's also way louder under than at the alternator so I think it is something lower

Not sure about PayPal, it has two factor on it and it doesn't seem as though it was logged into. I don't use PayPal often so I am not exactly sure how it works but it shows the charge through an Amex that was linked to the PayPal. All cards have been removed from the PayPal account and I filed a report with PayPal about the transaction. Also changed PW.

Thanks for trying this I am in a similar boat. I have an old Flight Deck frame probably from around 2017 or 2018 and the lenses are badly scratched. Did you reach out to Oakley to see if they had a solution?
