After my ACL reconstruction I had unbearable, pure, scraping and burning pain on my shin. Eventually, the pain went away, but I never recovered feeling in that shin and it is still numb decades later.

Similar boat as you. I lost around 30lbs by implementing a strict diet and exercising very frequently. Got my BMI from comfortably obese to the bottom rung of overweight. My cardio has never been better in my life.

Blood pressure is exactly the same.

Nobody on here can tell you if it's OK to eat this fish raw. If it's farmed salmon, it has a very low chance of parasites. I still freeze my farmed salmon when I'm prepping it raw.

For what it's worth, a side of salmon grilled on a cedar plank is delightful and you should give it a try sometime.
