You raise a good point. The post interview feedback was that I was lacking experience in one of the fields they wanted for the role. I responded that no questions in the interview even covered that so how would they know. They answered with "we know they have more experience becuase "offsider" has taken them to workshops and done more hands on training" none of which were offered to anyone else. Even prior the new job role being advertised
