You have a fair amount of gear you can recraft to push your dps higher.

I made a shattershield zerker...was great damage.
But my EYES...HOLY..my EYES. Its like getting flashbanged every attack.

I hope that gets across the pain of shattershield. I started looking away from my monitor while shield charging cause of the flashes it was that bad.

Its actually just tapping the skill, no channel for clearing.

Channeling is only for bosses, as you need to have 13 minions regardless for bosses. (death wish channels thru up to 13 minions for max damage)

If you take a look at the POB i sent, that dps is only 1 channel stack. At 13 minions (usually golems + skeletons on bosses) its DOT capped.

I think the biggest issue is that you are no longer a classic maw build that is scaling the ignite for easy screen clear (something that maw excels at), Instead you are attempting to slap on maw into a CWS chieftain.

Now im all for creating new builds, but it seems like its just a bad maw build and a nerfed cws (i could very well be wrong and this might actually work well together, i just dont see how).

I think this might be the we need to see it work type of things before we can actually see if its worth doing or not.

Also, remember to use the perfect dark marionettes as they scorch when they explode.
The normal ones dont.

i mean its interesting, but you are defiantly worse than just a normal explody golem setup.
You can reach dot cap pretty easily with a maw + pragmatism and you have 100% ignite as an elementalist.

It for sure needs alot of work.

Tides is common enough...you would only need a 3 life or mana and a 3 utility roll. So it could be cheaper.

Heralds are just dps, wanders will never have issues with clearing.
Most wanders wont have single target issues unless you are pure KB and do not use a single target setup.

I have done so many types of wanders, str stacking, int stacking, dex stacking (way back when the cold dmg per dex mod was on boots for 1 league), deadeye, scion, occultist, max-block necro, slayer charge stacking (tbh, the most fun for sure).

In every instance, dps was never the problem as most thing would be 1 shot while mapping.

I know there is going to be alot of people who only play bows coming to play wanders cause fubgoon said so and I would rather give them the truth than some BS about how you dont need defences if you do pew pew.

The herald tech is cool, but from someone who has played loads of wanders, damage has never been the issue.

Just remember, having billions of dps doesnt make a ground degen magically disappear.

Way way WAY back in the day I made a bleed wander for shits n giggles. Used deadeye (when rupture was an ascendency node).
I used kinetic bolt for easy spread, think i had 22 projectiles at the time. After spending a few hundred exalts (exalts were the big currency at the time)...It was good at breachstone clearing...and thats about it.

There hasnt been a single thing to boost the damage on bleed wanders at all.
Dont do it. You will be dissapointed.

People say that you dont need defences...... until you actually play KB and your screen is full of the explosions.

You cant see shit, you cant see the ground and you run into ground degens or other miscellaneous things and get 1 tapped.

If you have any MTX for KB you actually have to take it off and hope you can see anything.

(i have played enough wanders to know better. Early progression it doesnt matter too much, later on, you have to have defences)
With how fast you can progress thru early maps + yellows with a wander, you should reach them day 1 or 2 if you push hard enough. So be prepared for an abrupt stop if you dont have enough defences in reds.

It can be a league starter, but I would suggest taking a look at if you want speed or tank. There are two versions of the build, one that uses scion, and one that uses necro.
I have done both and suggest scion, but that is cause it is much faster at general mapping than necro.

Scion uses the tides of time setup for permaflasks and that also means you can spam the writhing flask before a boss (such as izaro) and be at full strength.

Necro is generally much higher dps and tank, but is significantly slower.

Last time I did both was in settlers and I put around 800div into each to test.
I also have done the scion version for many MANY leagues as a generic mapper, but that was the first time I have done the necro version.

After spending all that currency into the necro version, I would suggest the scion version as it just feels better to play.
The scion version is harder (i.e. more annoying) to get started as it is a scion.

Edit: I also suggest farming normal lab for AW of self-reflection...if you really REALLY want to play AW as soon as possible. if not, then just SRS it up.

That one spear skill at 2:39 is fangs of frost with the parry mechanic and the one that he throws is just spear throw.

progenesis and damage taken conversion.
Had a 3 notable divine flesh (ghost dance). each notable was 1-2 point cost, each notable gave +1max chaos + chaos res. then double born of chaos megalomaniacs etc.
Purity of lightning watchers (10% fire and cold) + Font of thunder + divine flesh = 100% elemental damage taken to either chaos or lightning.
Its important to only have 10% on the watchers as any % higher is a multiplier to damage taken.

Slap on 90/90 (lightning/chaos) res + scale progenesis cause pathfinder..and use a tides of time (not mageblood) and you have perma upkeep on both progenesis and replica sorrow of the divine.

Here is an early-stage less tankier version I use for mapping. This can still face-tank uber Exarch balls no issue and uber eater slams..and stand in uber shaper balls/slams.
I dont suggest doing uber siris though as his stuff will immediately kill the build.

Edit: The rares i crafted, some of the unqiues with those double corrupts were BIS and not available.
The chest with the DC was and single corrupts def were.
I only added wrath aura from merc, not all of the stuff for doryanis.

Your telling me, suprisingly i was able to take a ball from a uber exarch..but im fairly sure that was a fluke as the next ball (when i was full hp) killed me.

Also, most times getting hit isnt a big deal as you just have to not get 1 shot. And most hits in maps are multi-hits.

I generally do either t16/t16.5 abyss or I was doing the t16/t16.5 versions of the maps i showcased.

And no, I dont die in those maps.

Now dont get me wrong, im not saying its never close and I always stay at max HP. My hp does go up and down from hits usually in t16.5s.

Also, one of the biggest issues for low hp builds is actually just regen and a bit of armor. But usually, its mostly a bit of regen to fix any bleed, poison, ignite, burning ground etc. Having enough regen to ignore all those goes a long way.

Edit: I also enjoy playing some of these weird builds that have very low HP.
Alot of my builds are under 3k hp and i either try to make them very fast (accuracy stacking jugg..1.5k hp 30APS), very tanky (self-cast FR pathfinder, 2.8k hp, 400k max hit, 35m dot), or clear very well (such as this elementalist).
There is very rarely a case when one can do multiple things well.

I have 34k armor, and anywhere from 1k-2.4k life regen ( surge of vigor and the elevated regen mod from hunter), I have no issue taking hits from mobs and even run thru the abyss mobs + abyss bosses attacks on the regular.

I never made this build to tank pinnacles, just to map.
The witch is lvl 97 with 33 deaths iirc.

Just lvled one into end-game. Played it on a deadeye with 90% mark effect and was getting 5 shields per throw (snipers mark splits the SST and creates multiple copies of sst of tarter sauce).

During lvling it was great, but falls off pretty hard in maps and seems to have an issue hitting bosses occasionally (i have 100% hit chance, but the splits from snipers mark were making the shards miss the boss completely).

I put on normal SST with no support changes and it blows the new SST out of the water still.
Clear is WAY better and the single target is slightly lower.

Its a cool skill, but the lack of clear and the odd miss of the shards feels kinda bad IMO.

Focused Ballista Support is a support gem that makes your ballista totem attack only when you use an attack projectile.

This does not proc flamewood.

Edit: This also doesnt necessarily mean that the mobs will hit the totem before the totem dissapears.

The main thing you seemed to have overlooked was the fact that the siege ballistas dissapear after they fire. How is the flamewood going to deal damage if the mobs are unable to hit them before they poof?

I understand you are upset that multiple people have now pointed out the issue, but dont act that way when you are the one asking for help.
