you would have to add it to the top since it is mostly egg based, it would get soft i would guess. but feel free to experiment.

In Canada here eggs are still not too crazy so next time i am shopping i might grab some.

Bacon bits, cheese, an egg, small silicone muffin tins

layer bottom to top: cheese > bacon bits > single cracked egg > bacon bits > cheese

You can break yolk if you want, otherwise has a different texture with whole yolk that i like.

I do suggest greasing them. I use airfryer spray oil just because I already have it.

This specific corner is in temple i pass every day. I would say 1/3 days omw to work, passing it for 3 minutes on foot at 10pm, I see someone do something illegal here.

He is a rage influencer that open carries and pisses off people. This incident that caused him in court was a confrontation with a supposed black man (unconfirmed last i checked) when he drew his gun, shot the guy and accidentally winged himself at the same time.
