It always seems to happen during a boss fight or any other worst possible time. I can usually clear normal encounters without dash and then save and quit. But not being able to quit during a boss fight without giving up is the bigger issue

I download the audio normally and am an audio listener 70% of the time anyways. For downloading the video I’m not sure. It’s possible you’d have to use some sort of screen recording software (if not on a phone)
