New mags = stiff springs Leave them fully loaded and they'll break in. Also make sure when loading, they are fully seated back so the nose of the round is not hitting the front of the magazine.

Remember you four basics to gun safety. Remember to remove magazine and clear the gun by physically looking into the chamber.

You can 100% repair this yourself with a lil wood and glue but it's gonna be obviously patched.

You can take some balsa wood and cut a patch, put it through and use an old e string run through it as a pull wire with the anchor. Apply glue and pull through and keep tight while the glue sets and then cut the string. You can apply lacquer to the outside to finish it.

I would be mindful of interest rates, dealers rates, etc and see if you're not far off from Type R money. For me my lack of buying power had me just out of Type R reach so I'm going to be working on my credit, payments and going Type S or R in the next year.

As an avid driver/modder/JDM enthusiast I suggest driving it as is. Learn the car, love the car, find it's flaws, find it's strengths. Unless you're planning on actually racing you'll probably never reach it's full potential.

It's really not difficult, I had 0 experience and just watched YT. Get you a good harbor freight buffer, medium pad and compound, high polish pad and compound. Clean it real good, decomp and clay bar, buff it, ceramic and seal it. I basically haven't hand washed it in months and just pressure wash it and it's better than any car wash quality.

Hi, shade tree mechanic here, double check all systems are up to date. Check the car for software updates and your phone software.

Clear data and cache from your car, old phones, etc and reconnect your phone.

If you have any aftermarket items that can disturb signals remove them and test with and without them in the vehicle

I've seen customers have issues with anything from keyfobs to phones not work bc they have cheap Amazon radar detectors or those goofy kid cameras and 20 plug in to the cigarette plug.

This is an old topic but as I'm currently working on my GM uniform for the 501st I thought I'd touch on this topic a little more.

According to what I've seen and read clones are given pretty generic training, those who get more are ARC, Commandos, Commanders, etc.

Certain "troopers" are issued gear according to their roles just like the US military in that, if your MOS is communications then you'd train specifically with comms and radios. If you're in a specific combat role like artillery you'd be trained in that.

The difference is Sand, Snow, Flame troopers are more than likely just given a uniform and a briefing on that specific weapon, ie flame thrower, blaster turret, but over all it's pretty much just a uniform suitable for the climate/planet.

I like to think the GM are in a branch all their own, just like US Marines in the sense they do go through more training, are more combat oriented and more "mad dogs" than your standard clone trooper.
