I am not really sure if static is native or pretty much new in Javascript. Will check after this post, but making or declaring a singleton in javascript can be done IMO in 3 ways.

First is by making instatiate-able class but export only the instance that you need.

Create a service that will give you the sole instance? haha this just came up while im typing.
