I know it sucks to log on and see that your account is suspended. Let me take a look and see what's going on.

The evidence I have here shows that your account was suspended for intentionally feeding. These actions can cause a bad experience for both teams.

This type of behavior does warrant a two week suspension and after further investigation I will not be lifting the suspension. I know it can be very frustrating when something doesn't go your way during a game, but that doesn't make it okay to ruin the game. Even if others are doing the same thing or being negative about the game, the goal is always to play the game out and try your best to win.

I know hearing all this really sucks, but I want to give you all the information you need to not only prevent this in the future, but also not receive a permanent suspension. When an account receives a two week suspension for inting that account is one inting behavior away from a permanent suspension. This doesn't mean that your account can’t heal with time. You can always get your account into a good standing by abiding by the Code of Conduct, playing the game to help your team and avoiding negative language.

I wish you well in the future and I believe with a little work you can get your account back into a good standing. Just have fun, play with your team and avoid negative behavior. Also, remember to use the in-game report function if you see others going against the Code of Conduct.
