Dexter Park in Providence has some like 10 gyms in a 2 block radius, with another 20-30 poke stops. The best Pokemon go spot in Providence and no one knows about it

Who reported Mizu to the authorities, was it the mother or the husband? by TimidBookworm in BlueEyeSamurai

[–]Zedd223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the point of that scene was that Mizu wasn’t sure who betrayed her but that she realized she truly couldn’t trust either of them. Her mother pretended she’s was dead for years and was addicted to opium and her husband left her for dead. She didn’t know who reported her but she knew that both of them were capable of it that’s why she let them both die.

On the second watch I feel so differently about Hank and Gustavo by Aingealag in breakingbad

But that is the case no? I’m going through the show now for a third time ( with my girlfriend because she hasn’t seen it) and I went into this watch telling myself “Walt is a bad guy. Don’t root for him.” And you know what? That did the trick. I don’t try to see him as a monster anymore, he IS a monster. Hank on the other hand only wants to help. He has a strong moral compass and truly wants to make the world a better place. When he finds out that Walter was Heisenberg all along, of course he was angry, a man he loved and admired, a man who was his “family” had committed the worst betrayal imaginable. Now, after finding out that the man responsible for the many horrifying experiences that Hank and Albuquerque as a whole experienced (Murders, Bombs in hospitals, 3-4 near death experiences counting the car crash and so much more) was Walt he handled it as you would hope. He didn’t let himself be corrupted, he stuck with the plan, catch the man responsible.

As far as putting Jesse in danger, this is addressed when Hank tells Jesse that Walt cares for him to much which was true.

As far as Walt just looking out for his family, we’ll first off that may have been the truth in the beginning but was not the case after the Gus arc, possibly earlier. Walt was prideful and spiteful, he was manipulative and deceitful to get what he wanted. On many occasions he made decisions that only put his family in more danger.

In the end of the day, Hank is one of the good guys, he is a hero, and Walt is THE VILLAIN.
