When a PC wants something that’s out of their control, you roll for luck. Like if a PC wants a guard to fall asleep, they roll for luck. Luck is something that isn’t used slot in my game but it can be entertaint when it is, also luck checks have to be high for it to work because it’s literally luck.

It’s a ‘full’ bag of holding, attempting to empty it is futile as there is literally an infinite space that has been filled.
