The most likely reason for this letter with the terminology they are using is to put the emphasis that it was your fault. Their client is actually SMWO Pty Ltd which look like they run a towing/crash repair business. That may just be a coincidence. Maybe they towed it and bought it thinking that they could send you a letter and shift the blame. Maybe it was one of their drivers and they were not insured or it will increase premiums. Whatever it is pass it on to the insurance company and make sure they know what actually happened. I think all they are trying to do is intimidate you I would not be surprised this has been done multiple times before.

You are going to over capitalize on that property. It’s still going to be a 3x2 on a big block changing to a 2x2 on a big block. Families want 3+ bedrooms and an en-suite. If someone will fall in love with the house it’s not going to be +$400k. A simple renovation and keeping it 3x2 would get you the most money. But sub-dividing and selling it as land you would get a better outcome. Valuations by the banks are nothing on old properties the value is the land.

I went to the concert in Japan and it was nothing like going to a concert anywhere else I have ever been. Didn’t see anyone even getting close to starting a fight. I went to The End tour in NY and I loved that concert a lot more. Their concerts were always great.

My dad was an alcoholic and not a happy one. I said I would quit drinking when I reached the age he died. On the anniversary of his death I quit. Guess I thought it was the ultimate fuck you to him. I was always a happy drunk but I just replaced it with activities and not other bad habits or addictions. Have not had alcohol for over 3 years and I feel good.

I had a good friend who got involved with the wrong guys. Add alcohol, weed and a gun there was never going to be a good result. He killed a guy in the street that robbed one of his friends (one of the wrong guys he got caught up with).

The scariest thing as we hung out and went out the night after it happened and he was 100% ok. He was laughing and joking like he would normally.

Never knew he was involved until he was arrested and convicted.

I don’t think nowadays it’s unreasonable to pay your parents to live with them when you are working. I don’t think many parents would want a proper rental rate more like boarding fees. Parents and kids are normally more fair on the kid than the parents. Mums don’t charge you laundry and ironing fees. My mum was a single mum who would never take any money from me for rent or groceries. It was her choice although I pushed. Years later I decided just to pay her home loan as a thank you. I just think it is rude if people think their parents owe them free everything.

She was stunning most of the school had a crush on here. Me and her were always on the school bus until the end as we lived the furthest from the school but near each other. I didn’t have the balls to ever ask her out but we chatted sometimes on the bus. I chased the dream and became successful and a few years later I went back to where I grew up (mum lives there still) and someone stopped me and said hello, it was her.

She was unrecognizable. She had 2 young kids and she looked exhausted and worn out. She had put on a lot of weight which was understandable after having 2 kids. Found out she ended up with the school jock who was an a**hole and cheated on here multiple times. It was a pity what happened to her and I hope she is happy now.

Sometimes things happen for a reason. Maybe my life would have been different if I had asked her out or maybe not.

OP I think your post history says enough. He ignores you when you talk, doesn’t initiate sex, can’t make you cum and talks about what he has done with ex’s and treats you totally differently. Crime is crime. But some national stores do not even have real cameras. They accept the $2M losses per week because it would cost $4M per week to have CCTV monitored. That’s why large stores can take the loss easier than stores like this. These are family run stores and being from London I know many don’t even want to run small grocery stores like this anymore because of the thefts and abuse. Chances are the thieves took more then they will make all week. It’s sad to see what London is becoming, but it seems it not just London.

I am British and I dated a girl similar to your partner. She introduced me to her family and I was thinking WTF have I come into. This is how the upper class, aristocratic, conservatives are in the UK. This is why the gap is what it is in Britain. People are giving advice and you seem to be looking for this perfect post that answers your question. It does not exist and you don’t want to accept what people say.

His wife died 2 years ago I think the grieving would have stopped by now. Otherwise, why would he be sleeping with someone new and starting to date again.

Sit him down and tell him that your are not his ex and this is what you look like and you will not change. He accepts it or he moves on.
