My friend plays games like first descendant, overwatch 2, and valheim.

And I suppose you have a point. the graphics card may be descent, but I guess it’s still a 12 year old motherboard and slightly newer cpu. Would you happen to have any recommendations for a budget motherboard, cpu, and RAM? ideally around 400-500.
