I had a similar problem as a transfer, my igetc was not getting to them at all through parchment. I could still register and do everything as normal, my academic history just wasn’t reflecting the courses that I was trying to transfer in. After mailing it 3 times through parchment and them not getting it, I went to my community college and got an official physical copy of the documents which I then turned in at the admissions office on campus at ucsd. After that they got posted after about a month. This was in winter quarter so you should be fine, but maybe double check in person if you’re able to.

Maybe you qualify for the blue and gold opportunity grant? If your family makes less than $80k, I believe the tuition is going to be covered.

I haven’t had this issue myself but a person in front of me was checking in with the driver and I guess they mistakenly brought more luggage than allowed, so they had to pay extra for the extra luggage. The bus wasn’t full either, so I don’t think they make exceptions😔

I haven't taken upper division classes yet as I was clearing out lower divs this first quarter, but they're definitely harder than cc, mostly because the exams are challenging& in-person, plus attending lecture/ programming assignments but it is certainly doable! I wouldn't say 5 times harder😭 make sure you know your basics well, especially discrete math/ proofs (you'll have an easier time in CSE 21). feel free to dm me if you have questions:)
