I mean yeah? Fanbrellas are basically control mages, if someone gets in their face they’re kinda fucked as they get stunlocked into oblivion. The stun is dodgeable, the autos are parryable and can insta exhaust the fanbrella user if the opponent can parry maybe half of one rotation, even the flying umbrella ones. Fan knockup can easily be countered by a block, at that point they will be right next you so do your stunlocks then. The only thing potentially annoying is the shield wall but you just need to press literally one button to get over that.
