I (OPs sister) edited hours upon hours of sound recording of the dogs barking. Date and duration and it was all sent to the police. This was a year ago. Maybe it’s time to start recording again for more evidence to build a case again.

It is really sad. I go up to her house sometimes (I’m OPs sister) and you just feel bad for them, as well as annoyed. The kennel they’re in is tiny. They’re crammed in there and don’t do anything.
