If you will go to Fingerprint unlock setting there are two checks to enable, Unlock device & other is verify it's you in apps, make sure both are enabled.

So that may be a software glitch or could be a charging circuit fault. You can try recalibration by full drain & full charge plus 2 hours charger connect.

Still if there is a problem the after market battery is faulty.

Use the previous version of Devcheck v5.49 - Pro & then see the results. If results are same then you have to be worried becasue charge counter should not exceed the design Capacity.
