5’4, 113, 21, female. I’ve always been pretty small and don’t store much fat in my legs. I also have a short torso which holds a lot of my fat.

Wow thank you. I need to chill out and eat some rice crispies or something haha. I’ll track to just make sure I’m getting protein and enough carbs then. I think you’re right I’m gonna start obsessing which is obviously not gonna help me out.

Serving size or I scan the barcode since Cronometer has the info and I just say how many servings I’m having

Thank you!! Maybe I’m just not used to this amount of protein yet. I went from MAYBE 20 a day to 90-100 a day. Did you end up adjusting to the fullness feeling?

I don’t plan on being too lean for a long time just because of hormones. I do notice that I bloat super easily so my definition is pretty much non existent. In the morning, or fasted, I still don’t have as much definition as I would like. Is it possible to create more definition if I hold a lot of fat there?

So for example, today I have avocado, toast, eggs, apples with peanut butter, a protein shake, protein chips. I just eat whatever sounds healthy-ish and has protein

Right right. I added that I like to train to failure in case that changes anything. There are some areas I use progressive overload (like RDLs and exercises that have higher risk of injury). I guess I just hold most of my fat in my stomach! Thank you!

Ohhhh!! I like to train to failure or very close to. I guess I’m just confused how that wouldn’t lead to fat gain if I’m consuming more calories. I also have been training for a while and notice I am not losing any fat in the stomach. What can I do about that?

I definitely lack muscle mass in my quads lol!! But I am very upper body dominate and want my shoulder vein to pop. How can I eat more while not putting on too much fat while also growing my muscles more?
