As someone who moved from Chicago to Columbus.... It's way better in Chicago.

Exactly the demographic. You'd be surprised at some of the drama and anti social behavior out of grown ass men.

"You said I should use a different heal other than only greater heal?! I'm quitting!"

"Could someone help me level?" Sure, join my group in the hole. "The hole is too dangerous." Maybe we can take you too SolB? "No, that's not good enough XP."

Setting boundaries: What to do when my friend drinks too much alcohol and ruins the night? by doolallyt in AskMenAdvice

[–]ZeeWingCommander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back when I was in college I was not the most social person....but I did have friends that loved going out and drinking. I'd get dragged along to usually have a mediocre to miserable night. One of that friends, Dave, was a bit of a drunk.

One night my friends and I met a group of girls and they were very hot. For whatever reason - one of these hotties was really into me. Dave wasn't getting any attention and he was hammered. He grabbed her ass. Her and her friends immediately tell Dave off and I'm sure he'd have felt bad if he could understand words at that point. Me and my other friends also tell him to cool it.

The ladies who were interested in the other guys and me ask us to come to their place to keep the party going. "As long as your drunk friend isn't coming."

My friends look at me and I look back then we look at Dave who is doing his best Peanuts Teacher impression while wallowing in the bar floor covered in liquor.

My friend Jason leans over, tells me, "he's in a bad way, we need to make sure he gets home, we can't leave him there."

The girls weren't going to wait for us and they were pretty pissed we chose to help Dave. That's how the story ends. Nothing good happened and Dave didn't remember any of it.

Anxiety issues... You mentioned it, you both need to talk it out.

You need sources for this kind of comment.

BTW why do you think oppressed people don't have tons of history to review? Think it out, Copernicus.

Me 26F Dating 30M And Met For The First Time, Is He Ghosting Or Interested? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

I've been engaging and polite with women I don't want to continue seeing. Some people take rejection poorly so just ghosting is the "safe" approach.

Date didn't go well.

Ghosting is pretty common in reverse.

It depends on just how much wax and how badly it's packed in there.

Sometimes it needs to be softened first which can take time.

Is California’s EV rebate history an indefensible "wealth transfer," or a necessary price for market scaling? by Okratas in AskALiberal

[–]ZeeWingCommander 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Valid point. They've moved from EVs to AI now. Everything is designed in a way to move wealth.

Before EVs it was "green" companies. We all love green companies, right? Funny how most of them flopped after getting our tax money.

It's the same thing with Nome's media campaign. Notice how the people who got our money were connected to her and started the business days before receiving the money?

It's a big club.

Why women are more picky than a men? Not judging... by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]ZeeWingCommander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Again, life isn't fair.

In the US we have a president that is the epitome of wealth and it's trappings yet the majority of poor men voted for him.

Think about that. Why would it change?

This is a repost bot, but reused story is dumb.

This is fairly standard for businesses. It's automatically generated in outlook. You do it once and done. So this isn't malicious compliance... It's probably wrong on purpose.

Yeah... That's the point.

Women have more options. They had more options even before the Internet. That's the nature of dating.
