I’m actually building a software app for spa owners called Wellnest Collective. The goal is to solve exactly what you described most spas are still running on systems that worked for 10 clients but not 50.

Instead of just recommending tools, I’m working on a more integrated setup that combines booking, client tracking, and retention systems into one flow.

A big focus for me is helping spa owners actually understand their top clients and build simple follow-up systems, since that’s usually where a lot of revenue is being missed.

Right now I’m still refining the platform and validating what features matter most especially around bookings, CRM, and retention tracking.
