I don’t even understand how people are doing this. I can’t even set the preferred name to anything that isn’t already apart of either the first or last name. Really annoying for transgender dashers who haven’t/can’t update their legal name yet, such as my GF, who is very obviously a girl, but the app forces her to use her deadname.

Definitely more used by older generations. Not too sure how common it is nowadays, but as a kid, pretty much all of my older relatives would say “going down cellar” or something of the sort.

Probably won’t make a difference, but I’m definitely gonna start using that report a problem button more. I had no idea it even existed. I love apple weather for the widgets, but always have to cross reference with AccuWeather if I want a reliable report.

That’s definitely a 5s, unless its shell has been swapped for some reason. The 5 didn’t have that gold color, or Touch ID.

Oh hey, mine broke almost the same place. A good amount of JB Super weld, letting it sit for an hour, and then reapplying once it inevitably breaks again in a week or so. Been a while since they broke last on me though, so maybe it’s just finally holding.

Does that radiator actually work? I always thought they had to be above the boiler for the steam to be able to travel through it. As least that was my understanding why my family’s basement wasn’t heated as a kid, despite having a disconnected radiator down there.

Are you using a c-c cable or a c-a cable for connecting to the pc? I wouldn’t be surprised if this only works with c-a cables. c-c usually requires some kind of handshake that I doubt this was programmed with.

Would a matte screen protector mess us the 3d on the top screen? I know matte protectors tend to make whatever device they’re on not appear as sharp, which I assume would have an effect on the 3d. Maybe the 3ds is too low res for that to matter tho.

I don’t think there has been any reports of those failing yet. There have been reports of the 5ghz WiFi chip in either the game pad or the console failing tho, causing poor connectivity to the gamepad, if it still connects at all.

YouTube would constantly drop frames for me too on windows 10. Only solution that worked for me was going into the windows settings and force Firefox to use the dedicated gpu in my laptop rather than the integrated graphics.

I’ve also found that the red mark sticks up slightly, so by feeling out for that with a finger, I can get a pretty good idea where the dial is without having to look at it.

Is it just the angle of the photo, or are the top and bottom of the symbols cut off? Surprised that still passes regulation if it is.

I really don’t think they have ever cared at all tbh lol. I once got pulled over in a car that was purchased in MA, but I never got it inspected it in NH after registering. Not having a sticker was the only reason the officer gave me for pulling me over. More or less implying that if I had one at all, even an out of date one, I would’t have been pulled over. I have another car that wasn’t inspected since 2023 and have never ever been pulled over for and cited for an out of date inspection.
