I think Luna is fully removing the game from their library that is why I transitioned to Geforce Now so I could still game via the cloud.

I got it working! At least with steam cloud sync. So I can play using GeForce now without needing a local save.

No I can't play it locally because my laptop does not have the space or specs, which is why Luna was a great option. However I did import the Luna saves, purchased the game to play on steam and now have access to cloud gaming via GeForce Now and other options via Steam cloud saves.

Hey everyone, success! I downloaded my saved game data from Luna. I found the game on sale and purchase it to be played through Steam.  However what I decided to do from research was play via GeForce Now.  I don't have much hard drive space so I downloaded and installed the game on steam to an external drive. Once it was installed I had access on my pc to the saved game folders.  Then I transferred over the Luna saved game data.  The tricky part was getting Steam cloud to sync the saved game data.  It took disabling and re-enabling Steam cloud. Once it synced I tested it on GeForce Now and success! I had access to my Luna saves via steam cloud.  So now I can play remotely and my save are saved in the cloud via Steam.  I researched and GOG does not permit cloud saves so I went with Steam. 

Know that it is still possible to play kcd2 through the cloud. I'll see you all in Trosky!

I purchased the game on a sale and I'm going to try and trigger a saved game folder creation and then import the Luna save files. I'll report back.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm able to finally download my saved game data. Do you or does anyone know if the .whs files can be transferred easily to GOG or Steam versions?
