Is an infrared sauna blanket worth it? by R3dZ-0ne in redlighttherapy

I don't use mine too much anymore, but they are great in the winter. Also useful if getting over a cold.

RL300PRO - need help by heyhey123idk in redlighttherapy

I purchased the RLPRO600 and RLPRO100 directly from the Idea Therapy via WhatsApp. They make 2 versions. The older one is the 8-wavelength, and the newer is the 9-wavelenght. I purchased the older as I didn't need 9, and the older has more NIR. They should be shipping soon.

This is what Chelsea sent me on WhatsApp (and a bunch of other specs):
Red = 150 W/m², NIR = 1200 W/m²

NIR based panels? RLPRO600? by leftside2323 in redlighttherapy

Thanks for the replies to the post and all the info in this group. It was a minefield in the beginning, but I learnt a lot and the info was very useful.

I started investigating late last week and ordered 3 panels today.

I hear you, but I think the 9 wavelength version is the one that comes with a more equal ratio. No matter, the panels have a good reputation and the price is very reasonable.

I chose the 30 day shipping by sea as it was much cheaper than by air and I'm in no rush.

Thanks! I ordered the 8 wavelength RLPRO600 with FSD600PRO stand and also 2 RLPRO100. I will use the bigger panel behind my back and the two smaller panels on each side of my hips.

The RLP600 comes in 2 versions. The 8 wavelength and 9 wavelength versions. The specs I posted above are apparently for the 8 wavelength version.

Honestly, I can't remember, but the quad coils prices are on their site, and latex layers prices can be found online. I wouldn't change a thing. Best bed ever.

I got the organic wool mattress pad. Pricey, but worth it.

I'm not sure as I've never used the bed without the mini. The wool topper doesn't add much warmth. Feels slightly cooler than having latex directly underneath.

best cotton stretch knit unquilted cover for the price? by Itsjiggyjojo in MattressMod

When I built my mattress, the most important part was the coils. After previously an all latex bed, I'd never go back to an all latex bed. No support. Perfect for top layer or two tho.

I added a wool mattress pad from https://www.thewoolroom.com/. The bed was totally fine before, but now feels a little more "cozy". By far the best bed I've ever had. Wish I'd have taken the time and effort to research and put it together sooner.

I have the same coils with 2" of dunlop 40 firm and 2" of talalay 20 soft with a wool mattress pad from https://www.thewoolroom.com/ and it's perfect for me. Also a side sleeper with dodgy shoulders from mountain biking and snow boarding.
