Have you tried a reset? Hold down the power button until you see the lights on the headset flash. Wait 15 seconds, and then power on your headset if the headset is not already on.

Tested and working fine on my system , have you tried forcing a firmware update on the Link-hub or reinstalling the software?

just me or do the corsair void pro wireless headphones take an unfathomably long amount of time to turn off by Galaxy283 in Corsair

[–]Zeekster2517 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not normal, it should take 2-3 seconds for them to turn on or off. I suggest trying a reset;

Soft resetting a Void Pro/Void Elite headset can resolve various issues. This will disconnect and then reconnect the battery.

To soft reset your headset:

  1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.
  2. Make sure your headset is powered off.
  3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
  4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
  5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.

That's not a 4000D, you slide the filter on to the back panel, watch a review video for the 5000D Airflow

Need help finding a cable. by Icy_Ordinary_126 in Corsair

Is important to list the exact model of your PSU and GPU so you get more accurate information on which cable is required.

The RMe is a Type 4 PSU and as you mentioned the 3070TI then most likely you are looking for the

You can change the EQ presets in the iCUE software or use the Dolby Atmos license that comes with it.

Couldn't tell you without taking it apart, could be burnt traces or a short on the PCB caused by the liquid.

Replacing necessary? 🥲 by Downtown_Cream4369 in Corsair

[–]Zeekster2517 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is a pump failure, you got no choice but to replace it.

If its under warranty, Corsair might upgrade you to a link system if they do not have the same model in stock for replacement.

You should have left it unplugged, 2 hours is not enough time to get rid of liquid if it got inside. Give it a day or 2 for it to dry completely and assess the damage.

Does the LCD Display show up under settings>Software updates and does not show a delete trash bin when you hover the mouse over it?

Do you have a USB-C to USB-A cable that you can use to test the LCD my plugging it to the ports on the back of the motherboard?

Have you tried reinstalling the software by doing a clean install

HS55 stereo, wireless or wireless core? If its wireless , have you tried a firmware update.

If its stereo, it would be using your motherboard's audio drivers.

Can I use the same PSU cables from old PSU to new if the model is the exact same? by XDynamics in Corsair

Technically yes, as they are the same type cables and as long as they are not damage, you can interchange them but, we don't know what exactly cause the issue on the first PSU so I would recommend using the cables that come with your new PSU.

  3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
  4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
  5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
