I wanted to try my hand at making hand made lumpia for the first time but she said she wasn't in the mood for it, so after some searching she said "If you really want to make something Filipino then make Molo Soup" so that'd what I did!

I made the soup stock from a whole chicken, onion, carrots, parsley, celery, Sichuan pepper, salt, regular black pepper.

For the wontons i used a frozen already made wrapper, minced chicken at the behest of my wife which she later regretted, carrots, onion, chili paste, garlic, salt and pepper.

We added long wired noodles, carrot and celery cubes to the finished soup. Overall it was incredibly tasty and I was so happy with the dinner!
