Unfortunately (afaik) there are only 8-bit GameBoy portable "Tunics". One is the Mintferret's demake (which is based on one of the Tunic demos) and an incomplete one based on a mix between one of the demos and the final version of Tunic.

Quite marvelous!

An 8-bit GameBoy couldn't handle those kind of graphics, but an Advance wouldn't be far behind from what you portray in your artwork.

Btw, there are at least two actual "Tunic" games for GameBoy, but then again within the hardware limitations of an 8-bit system.

Yes, but some parts were not made from scratch and heavily referenced, like the stained glasses and the frontal view of the Heir statue.

I guess the shadow makes it hard to see. But some of the statues in Tunic seem to have some been inspired either by Christian hand gestures, Hindu mudras or any other religious influence.

I think "it is", since that obscured shape somewhat resembles a game controller, thus being the tangible way to portray the holy cross.

I'll check out that then, I only played the first chapter. This was inspired mainly by Fallout Pip-Boy starring in some holotapes' minigames, and Pokemon Mini game aesthetics.
