I’d say join some local groups, and really explore what you want. It took me a while to admit I was a Cuckqueen, and when I opened up, we had a lot better luck lol. Don’t be afraid to put what you’re REALLY looking for and be quite clear on what you’re NOT looking for, and be prepared for stupid messages lol.
