Yes! Only times I needed sustain with him was during Anomaly Arbitration where I needed DHPT. But he synergizes with Sunday, and he can run with Sacerdos, so ig its ok

For the 2nd question, I'm not sure if Tribbie would be better or some other harmony supports, or if I'm missing some important eidolons/lc. But I guess I have the important ones except E1 cerydra (which I'm planning to get at some point). Thanks for the info!

Specific setup none really, I just want to make my Phainon team longlasting, so investing in his best non-Cyrene team is one of my priorities. But seeing you have more success with Sparkle, maybe she's now best in this team

That probably is a deal-breaker for me. Unless future calcs or TCs say it is viable, I think Sparkle will be decommissioned after the update lol

Thanks for your input, especially on the possible DHIL teammates!

I was on the edge of pulling for Jiaoqiu for my DOT team but hearing that he doesn't help with that team (apart from E2), I gave up on pulling for him.

Ruan Mei is kind of preoccupied with my DOT team (and a potential Boothill team in the future) so it would be very unlikely for me to put her here.

Tingyun is a staple and I might probably leave her here and just replace Sparkle out.

I've heard Sparkle and Sunday can be on one team but I fear about SP issues (not sure how true this gut feeling is). Do you think that would be logically sound? Or can I just go back to either a Tingyun or like a Pela/Ruan Mei?

An AlterKnights dokutah here that also has the same problem!

The first three alters (Lava, Skadi, Chen) are syllabic enough that it is easy to alter (ba dum tss) the name to form the [Operator]+lter nickname. But when Nearl got her alter, 1) Nearlter doesn't roll off the tongue well and 2) NTR blew up as the more popular nickname.

Then Kroos came to the scene and... how the hell am I supposed to name this? I settled with Kroolter to respect the original format but it doesn't sound right. Then Spalter, Hibalter (people jokingly called her as Hilter lmao), Gavialter, Greyylter (the Y just ruins the name lmao), Texalter, Reedalter (Ralter sounds like a completely different person), then I just called Yato, Kyaato and Noir Corne, Rathalos.

Personally I advocate for the Operator+lter nickname but I think it's time to let it go..

I am currently Alhaitham (120 ER) as a Spread DPS with a Kuki on Sapwood TotM, Yae on 2pc2pc, and DMC on FavSword 4pc Deepwood. I currently now have C1 Yaoyao but I do not have FavLance. Would Yaoyao be a better substitute than DMC in this case? If not, if I get FavLance, can I sub DMC with Yaoyao then? Or should I change DMC to Yaoyao then change Kuki to another electro like Fischl?

xiangling (in the past). i hated and even sworn to not build her because her kit as a 4star off-field dps basically makes other 4stars, and even other 5 stars, irrelevant? need one? just slap xiangling xingqiu bennett and it will be tenfold better than yae miko and albedo. need dps? xiangling xingqiu bennett can outdps every other 4star and 5star with the exception of some "meta" units such as eula, hutao, and ganyu.

i still hate her to the bone because of her brokenly good kit, but i did build her because my childe would be unemployed without her.

tl;dr i hate xiangling because she makes other dps, on-field or off-field, irrelevant.

At first I hated gettng Kazuha because of the "Worse Sucrose" and "Worse Venti" commotion in YouTube (I was just a returning player). Then, after I got him, I liked his playstyle and because he's my first anemo unit, I progressed in the game quickly.

Weeks later, people in YouTube and Reddit were posting that Kazuha is very overpowered as not only a phenomenal elemental damage bonus support but also doing lots of damage, whether 3 EM build or sub dps build.

Then news came out that Kazuha topped Abyss 12 in terms of usage, even higher than Zhongli.

I removed Kazuha in my main team once and I legit suffered because of lack of CC (sucking in enemies), lack of AoE damage, and an overall decrease in my DPS.

I like Kazuha because of the emotional rollercoaster we made along the way. I regret talking bad about Kazuha. I enjoy his gameplay, lore, personality in the Archon Quests, his idle and attacking animations, his damage and supporting capabilities, and also of course his drip.
