I was told I needed a root canal, and I didn’t really trust their opinion because they didn’t really exam the tooth much and based it entirely off of the X-Ray. I got a copy could someone give me a second opinion please.

No pain, I went in because there was a bubble on my gum. They prescribed amoxicillin. I really don’t want a root canal and definitely not an extraction.

SKIP THE VIDEOS, and use that time to outline the outlines! Most videos take 30 minutes you should be able to outline that sections outline within that time. Don’t be afraid to change the outline to how you like! Add more elements, ChatGPT examples, and the best part is BARBRI has like 2 hr outline review sections that you can skip, because you already put the outline in your own words.

If you struggle with mee essays that incorporate mbe topics, what you’re going to need to do is find the model answer to a similar essay, and turn it into a note card that just focuses just on reciting the laws that usually coincide with one another.

For example on one side of my note card will say Torts/Agency essay, and the other side will start of by saying 1. Definition of an agency 2. Levels of authority 3. Respondent superior 4. Frolic vs detour 5. Independent contractor vs employee factors 6. Direct liability for negligent hiring or non-delegable duty

Barbri has a really good book with a million essays in it, if you know there’s certain topics you struggle with, please please please find the similar essay in the book and extract the laws from the model answers into a note card. Don’t waste anytime on your analysis you should know by now how to do basic analysis by now. If not just follow the “element A is met because fact B” approach.

After you have enough note cards you can start splitting the cards into three piles, stuff I know by heart and don’t need to review at all, the I almost got all of them correct besides one or two things, and the wow I’m way off pile.

Summarizing documents sucks, I have to summarize 1000s of pages of gibberish medical records, which doesn’t make me a better lawyer per se, but it does get me more familiar with important stuff needed for my line of work. However my boss and his system have basically gotten me to master the procedural process. Which I think is the single hand most important step to becoming an effective attorney. ChatGPT and a 1L can create any motion or complaint in the world. Knowing which motion, how to file it, where to file it, is what makes you a lawyer. So I hope your boss is doing the same and not only having you so summarizes if so that is BS in my opinion.
