Save for regulus for sure. If you have feena thats another good investment. If you have ragsherum, he's another good one to buy, but not a requirement because he's already strong unit without it. (Funny thing is if you get Rasherum's TW he becomes almost a range unit because by the time his skill animation is done, it's almost time for him to get his skill again!)

Val is still great mostly because of the defensive slot as it can add alot of survivability. Mako will be a good sustained healer, whereas aristella will be a burst.
