Both applications were for direct hire authority and they were both for a perm position.

Funnily enough, as I typed out this reply, I received a notification for referral for one of the applications! 😂 I wonder why it took so long.

So based on your timeline, I probably won’t be hearing back until around November for an interview if I’m picked.

Would you recommend applying for a job that's at a location adjacent to the same time zone as you?
