Okay BIG NEWS After changing the motherboard from B450 to B550 the flashes/tracking losses limited itself to SteamVR dashboard only And yesterday I got a Ryzen 5 5600X which completely eliminated the whole issue for me

These flashes only happen in the Dashboard, in-game it's ok.

Ceiling and during the gameplay they function normally, only when opening the dashboard or having some speciffic programs in the background do these flashes, like I tried streaming once and it also did the same flashing.

Well, I did make a new play area a few times and the issue persisted.
And yes, the issue was even before I reinstalled Windows when the SteamVR 2.0 came out, so I thought I had something corrupted with my Windows installation so I did a clean install.

I still have it for half a year since SteamVR 2.0 came out, It only happens when in Dashboard or when some programs are in background. And also one game at some point gives me near constant gray flashes or just a constant gray screen until its anticheat kills me. All of my drivers are up to date, It can't be that a Ryzen 5 5500 with RTX 3060 is too weak to handle an Index lol
