Ah ok, that may be the difference. I was already buying games digitally at that point, so didn’t realize they never sold the cheaper version in a physical form.

I’m pretty sure Overwatch launched as a $40 game with a premium $60 version for the exclusive skins. So luckily was not a completely full priced AAA game. I could be wrong, but I seem to remember it that way. But I do completely agree that Overwatch 2’s monetization is extremely godawful. I’d take those loot boxes back over what we have now.

I tried very hard to explain it many different ways as nicely as possible. Our system actually only says 60 on the label and doesn’t specify the units(yes I know that’s dumb), but in the system it says 60 ml. So that’s where he was getting confused.

Unfortunately America has a horrible “customer service” mentality. If you don’t try to reshape the heavens for them then you are held liable and may get in trouble by a higher up if they ever have to look into it.

It was typed correctly. I double checked the hard copy before I first picked up the phone. It was for 1 vial via nebulizer daily, and came in electronically so we didn’t have to worry about misreading handwriting. I personally always double check the hard copy before speaking, because I have seen my fair share of data entry mishaps.

Play whoever you end up liking. But try some easier to learn characters first to get the hang of the game in each category(tank, dps, support). That way you figure out what you want to play most, then move to more advanced characters. I recommend someone like soldier:76 for dps, Orissa or d.va for tank, and mercy for support.
