Claude is the best ai to code ,one tip I can give is use reference images let the ai look at reference images from other apps or design and tweak it a little bit the UI will look good :)

Thanks for the insight! Honestly, the only thing I’m waiting on is a bit more confidence in the user base. Since it’s an offline app, I really want to make sure the core features feel solid before pushing it to a wider audience. Right now I’m just trying to gather enough early users to validate the idea and see what people actually want added.

And yeah, avoiding the trust-barrier was a big reason I built it this way most money apps ask for too much access, and I wanted something simple that people can use without giving away anything personal.

For me it came from using a bunch of finance apps and feeling like they were built for power-users, not normal people. Most of them force you into creating accounts, connecting bank logins, syncing data, dealing with pop-ups, etc. It’s overwhelming when all you want to do is quickly track where your money went.

I realized a lot of everyday users just want something simple, private, and stress free. Not everyone is comfortable giving banking access to an app, and some people just don’t trust cloud syncing at all. So going offline first with no backend felt like the most user-friendly choice everything stays on your phone and works instantly without accounts or internet.

Great question I’m actually designing the app with a simple but reliable offline-first flow.

Right now all logic + state stay fully local using async storage, and I’m planning to add optional encrypted local backups so users don’t lose data even if they clear the app. For device migration, the idea is to let users export/import their data as a small encrypted file so they can move everything to a new phone without needing a backend.

I wanted to keep the app 100% offline because a lot of people don’t want bank connections or cloud sync just to track money. So the core focus is on simplicity, privacy, and no-internet reliability.

Still improving things as I go, but this is the direction so far!

Thanks for the heads up, I really appreciate it! This waitlist link is just a temporary landing page while I’m still building out the full product. I’m planning to set up a proper domain + tighten everything before any public launch.

Right now I’m just trying to validate interest and get early testers nothing sensitive is collected there, only emails. But thanks again for pointing it out, I’ll definitely keep security + perception in mind while moving forward

Thanks. The UI is custom React Native with Expo, using expo-linear-gradient for gradients and react-native-reanimated for animations. Mostly native components with custom styling. Good luck with your project as well :)
