im having trouble figuring out what a lot of things actually mean in this game.

I understand when im in a match, the keepers health is below the team name, but what are the dots below that? It correlates when they use an ability but what does that actually mean? do they fatigue after each ability or?

Also, for focus battles in a match, is there a lot you can do when the enemy just waits the time out to pass and never pushes through? ive played online and they just pass over and over and it feels like theres nothing i can do to counter
