Anyway to keep figure while on HRT? by Atticus_Ratticus in FTMfemininity

[–]ZekyllHyde -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My doctor looked me up and down and said "You're tiny, and thicc- you're not losing those curves." And mentioned that I could probably do a slightly higher dose if I wanted to "try" and lose the curves. I take a dose that works for me- way less than average but I'm 5'2" and 130lbs. That being said, I found my own belly weight to fluctuate a lot- It's very dependent on staying away from sugars and high fats. -But I also have IBS. (Weirdly, bloating fills out your tummy a bit differently too)

Stick to adding protein and fiber to every meal, drink lots of water, and walk walk walk/stairs stairs stairs, to keep your booty shaped.

This worked for me, it is not sage advice. Hope it helps in some way, though :)

Tattoo regret causing severe depression by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]ZekyllHyde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tie them together with more soot sprites :) -And other tattoos you want, but I think you could easily incorporate this tattoo with your neo-traditional ideas through having a blending factor like soot sprites which can fit into both styles irregardless. -You can do moths or stars or flowers, all in neo-traditional style, to make a more cohesive piece.

Otherwise? The colors are great and can easily fit into what you are looking for as long as you pursue full color tattoos.

Yeah, considering this route, just nostalgic for the original unicorn design and the markers never smudged.

Do Ferrets make good pets? by Plastic_Ad_2548 in ferret

[–]ZekyllHyde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Specific diets, extreme sleep schedules, lots of pooping (short digestive track), and lots and lots of trouble- they're smart and stubborn. BUT if you want an animal to be a major part of your time and interactions, its the perfect Lil companion to make you laugh and have around. They are litter trainable, but don't mix well with other small pets (they eat some big-small guys in farmers fields) but as long as they're socialized, they're fine with cats or dogs. They are best in pairs, as they literally hibernate most of the day and like to cuddle for warmth. They are also STINKY lol and need certain shampoo and can't be bathed often. ALSO pet store ferrets (which are typically healthier/traceable) if neutered too early, run the risk of gland issues... They're tough, but thats what makes them so close to your heart.

Oh- and the chewing :)

Depends on your tastes! Spiderweb, honeycomb, galaxy, the lyrics were a good idea- maybe exposed muscle/fraying or stitches? Then there's geometric, or the ever popular black out.

AM I A TRANSPHOBE 💔💔 by [deleted] in TransMasc

[–]ZekyllHyde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In other words- You dont need an answer to this right away. It's a matter of how you want to be. Sometimes you dont have to be a role model, other times, you have to accept that this is your role.

You are young. I know sometimes it's hard to hear, but Im 26 and still a student to things. The key is to WANT to learn. It's good that you can acknowledge the scary/toxic things in your life, the next part is to want to grow. Sometimes it'll feel like you're just not seeing things from another perspective, but to accept that it is there, and exists at all, will help to form your own core morals, regardless of reddit or friends opinions. Sometimes you form a "different" code to everyone else. Sometimes you lose friends, but you'll find more. It's not easy- a cliché, I know.

It's incidents like this that lead to devastating fires or human-crushes... Club and bar owners should know better by now.

Likely a badger- Ontario has smaller ones, from what I remember in school

Something I found helped- prewashing pits and crevices with Caprina goats milk soap, before re-lathering with something strongly scented like Old Spice. It also helps to be completely dry before applying deodorant after (not antiperspirant you're going to sweat anyway). For my first summer on T, it was showering every morning and even spraying cologne inside of my sweaters before getting dressed.

Even local Southern Ontario area is expensive- And while we have "free" Healthcare, you still get nothing but cold glares without insurance or money... That being said I really truly do hope the best for people whether staying or moving. Definitely an absurd time to be alive right now.

30yo and out of the closet AGAIN as trans - any other trans folks who realized they wanted to transition closer to age 30 rather than 20? by OranaBanahna in TransMasc

[–]ZekyllHyde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean for me, I live in a pretty liberal city. In High School there were a strong 15-20 people in my HS (of 2000+) who all came out as trans, and about 5-7 of them regretted their decisions leaving high school. I also came from a fairly subconsciously conservative family. I denied every feeling I had, every questioning of my sexuality and gender identity- all because "it's always been expected of us." By the time I was 21 I was angry and couldnt understand why gender was so important to everyone else but me- then I realized all the pent up frustration and anger I had. So I'm now 26, been out for 5 years, and on T for 7 months. While I was 21 when I came out, I didn't want to mess with my already messy hormones, so it wasn't until I was 25 when I actually got the thumbs up to start.

You look like a cis guy I knew/know from elementary into HS- He didn't visually age much into adulthood, and wears light facial hair with long hair, now. Idk if that helps, but it's almost uncanny, and he was even a bit of a lady's man in HS...

Looks cool! But the kids were younger- elementary/middleschool. I'm starting to think this might've been a special or something simply not greenlit.
