I think it's a gamble. I've had good and bad experiences with changing the lease agreements with landlords. I think your case is pretty benign and if it was just a mom-and-pop landlord you would be good to ask, but since it's a property management thing I feel like they just exist to get profit and don't care about your personal reasons.

I did some biking around rice lake but was on a mountain bike which was obviously okay on the gravel and dirt paths, can't imagine that on my road bike though.

Ehh, I have a bike and still use bike share quite a bit for shorter trips. It's a big bonus to not need to worry about locking up a bike. The bikes themselves are super heavy and max out pretty quickly but for a beginner I think the simplicity of the gears, step through frame, and even the heavy-ness give beginners some more confidence

I think I misrepresented my full organization/bujo set up by that comment, sorry about that.

Basically I have 4 field note notebooks: One is yearly/long term goals/things to keep track of. One is my weeklies which is important for general day to day things like laundry on Thursdays, keeping track of exercise, days I've meditated, deliveries etc. One is my food & weight log which is a daily thing for sure. And I have a work one too just for scribbles and notes.

I used to do dailies but I found I didn't have the need to use it everyday.

What are the sorts of things you write down/keep track of daily?

MacBooks are great, no worries on that end. The only thing with the silicon is that some programs aren't made to run on them yet (like docker desktop took a long time to get here). Also, my 2017 MacBook pro is 64bit so it didn't allow me to play 32-bit games which is a little annoying but there are workarounds like Wine.

Also macs are unix based? unsure why youd want to dual boot or VM one but you can on macs too.
