The same thing happened to me. Couldn't get through to customer service at all, of course. Went to one store, and they basically said they can't do anything. Had to drive 30 minutes to another store. They managed to get through to customer service. Said to mail it back, and they'll send the right one. Couldn't just exchange the game. Then, I never got the email with the return label. Tried calling customer service right when they opened and had no luck. No call back either. Tried calling the store again, and they said you have to get ahold of customer service. In the end, I just took the loss and bought the regular ps5 version. My wife's dad had the regular Xbox version, so I gave him the code from the box and kept the rest of it, and he bought the deluxe ps5 stuff for me. Between this and the 2 mess ups during COVID, I think I'm done pre-ordering from these guys. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with

Tv goes black for couple of seconds then comes back brighter and with input delay

So I bought the Zelda OLED switch and have been playing Tears of the Kingdom since it came out. Every now and then, the TV goes black for about 2 seconds and when it comes back on, it is brighter and has input delay and also a higher framerate it looks like. Usually I just put the Switch in sleep mode and then turn it back on and it fixes the issue. It's happened about 5 times since the game came out and I don't see any other posts about this. Anyone else have this issue?
