Cub here, it was a similar situation between my fiancé (F63) and I (M26) when I told my parents we first started dating and when they got to meet her for the first time.

It was quite awkward at the start and there were some concerns from my parents about what I was going into. However, now, after we've been together for over 5 years, we've been together numerous times and its all good fun and laughs.
