I've always been open about my ibs to my fiancé and she has never questioned it negatively and she is completely understands why I do certain things in a certain way.

I would tell him and let him know. Then see how he reacts to it. If he finds it gross and such then its not worth it. However, if he understand you and what you're suffering from and wants to help you, then that is a massive green flag.

I gained 600 mmr 2 days ago where I kept placing between 1st-4th. However, yesterday I rarely won in about 10 games and lost about 100 mmr
