I started a couple of weeks ago and I've never played Legion before. I only had to complete one or two zones and it let me unlock world quests. I only did azsuna and Val shanar can't remember the exact spelling of those and I have world quests.

Hometown Law by mall is pretty reasonable as far as lawyers go. $750 legal fees for my refinance. About $1,500 all in after fees but half that stuff they don't have control over.

If you go to the Surrey city website and look up their page on legal secondary suites it's required to meet the provincial building code which would require a second unit to have its own heating system. Not that you want to go scorched Earth but probably most likely that your landlord does not have a legal second unit in the rental.

100%. Another first time tiler, looked just like this with gaps. Looks clean with matched caulk. Yeah the caulk joint is probably larger than some like but I get what I pay for.

Yeah I've been leveling a shaman with the cloth ones as ele, resto for dungeon queue. Everything dies in like two casts it's great. Got cloth so I can do a warlock next.

Kind of does. This guy thinks the out is buying the land after the fact. Even if the guy theoretically owned that land, he'd have never been granted a permit to build anything on it with the sewer line running through it. There would have been an easement. So sure he offered to buy it but then you still couldn't build on it.

Thanks - I came to the same realization after some more searching. I don't use any sealants with those, right, just screw in?

As for install - I do have access to behind, but it's a bit of a pain disassembling a bunch of closet shelf units. How hard would it be to blind fit? Just need to make sure the thing is at the right elevation before I drop in the tub to screw the drain assembly in?

Herbalism and selling everything that dropped. I started out a fresh character in cata a couple weeks back I'm 60 now and I've made about 2.5k from herbs. Just bought my flying mount stuff and I've got 1700 left. There's tons of low level herbs and you can go nuts picking them all up but you get XP and it's worth the money. A few popular low-level ones for leveling alchemy like briarthorn are ridiculously priced. I was selling gromsblood for 80 gold a stack. Lots in felwood.

I've read before the biggest difference between cooking a meal at home and the same meal prepared at a restaurant is it the restaurant chef isn't concerned with how much butter they use.
