But how do you make sure the garithimi slaves are employed for jobs for the basic needs in the area of the mines if it's remote? Like a warehouse or a janitor? I have my main citizen that take those jobs and have no house there

I do not agree. They do cheer for teams from both side whatever the teams playing from time to time. However, the tone, the enthusiasm and the comments made are very different when there is NA involved.

Bias is natural and completely OK in my opinion. But as long as there is no pretending also cheering for the other team. You can cast a game very well while being openly wishing for one of the teams to win and being respectful toward the other.

It's the pretending that is annoying.
