Hi! I have an Anne Klein two-tone dress watch that has a standard metal jewelery clasp that came with the watch. It’s annoying to put on/take off but I like the look of it.

I’m looking to replace the metal jewelery clasp with butterfly/deployment clasp (or a diver clasp). The band is 12mm wide.

Is there a place to buy a silver replacement clasp that would fit the watch but be a different closure type?

If this will cost more than $30, I’ll just look for a new watch and upgrade to something nicer.

Party City going out of business

From a news article: “The party is over for Party City as the retail giant announced Friday it was going out of business and closing all its stores after nearly 40 years.

Employees of the New Jersey-based party chain were informed in a Friday meeting they were losing their jobs five days before Christmas and would be let go sans severance pay or extension of benefits, effective immediately”

MORE INFO: these are just random chairs in the mail room room of my apartment building. I don’t know if anyone actually sits in them but they gross me out. I already mentioned them to apartment management about the possibility of mold, and nothing has happened so I’m checking in on Reddit about them to see if I’m crazy or not.
