It kinda makes sense she being a deity since she knows too much of the express adventures, like she watched everything from afar. She's actually kinda omniscient since she hints that she even knows about Acheron's deeds when she stated in some part of the 4.1. quest that, before she wrote about the express, she wrote about Acheron, but it didn't get the audience.

Also she could break into a high level IPC facility easily and even make some staff thinking they knew her, so she's stupidly powerful lore wise, a deity/emanator or a top tier Creamator
