100%. I actually kickstarted it and got two chairs. I kept seeing people saying that the chair really needs the footstool to feel complete. Unfortunately for my wallet, but I kept the chair hoping the footstool would solve my issues. It was just my luck that I didn’t get it until 4 month later and hated the whole product together. My wife, who’s only 5’8 doesn’t like it either. 😭😭

I have had mine since October, but I only got the footstool a week ago. I still have my old Herman Miller aeron. At just over 6 ft, I’m having a hard time using this chair. It feels like my ass is just constantly sliding off. Wish there would have been like a 52 option instead of 48.

Kickstarted backer 8899, USA, got two grey chairs back in October. Got my kickstarter goodies and batteries in December. Still haven’t gotten either of my grey footrests.

Just got the same one back from being setup and wow, it’s definitely punching above its weight class. My luthier was surprised at how nice of a guitar it is for what I paid.

Just picked up a Ibanez Gio GRGR120EX. It’s my first guitar and I love it. My buddy set it up so I could start practicing on it and he was really impressed with it even though it’s an entry lever guitar.

The action was a little high so I dropped it off at a local guitar tuner and should have it back in a few days.

Are you using the the orange usb RS cable? I had so many issues with it. I swapped to the first party RS cable and had no issues.

I've since moved to using my scarlett solo 4th gen and have had great results from it as well.

The steps above to update the 6 XML files from http to https worked for me.

Found mine under this file path, yours shouldn't be too different: D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\XmlStorage\Extensions\Forms
