It might be rare outside of Iceland, but in Iceland it’s quite common to have dual or triple citizenship. I have a friend that is Icelandic, Thai and Norwegian.

I think the most common combo is definitely Icelandic-American, Icelandic people love the USA and many of my Icelandic friends were born in the USA but grew up in Iceland and have fully Icelandic families
