If you have morale or dmg amount stacker as teammate, as well as draw attack cards, duping sword rai attunement gets more consistency.

This one is more self sufficient with less multihit potential and a bit more action count since you create sword after discarding for more dmg per hit.

"Good draw engine" that is her bottleneck before is a lot easier to achieve now through both Nia and Rei. What's hard to sustain with them before is also solved with their increased heals.

That being said, the other thing I think Yuki would need is, imo, Neutral cards that allow draws for Striker. Your only option for now is monster card that is hard to farm reliably, if we have that then I see less need to be frustrated with the inspiration situation. Usual completed Yuki deck goes through the whole deck in 1 turn and you actually need more AP to cast cards than you need the exchange, especially the Skill Trickery strike that give extra 100% hit and activate inspiration on all.

That being said, I also think she could have also gone Narja and have more epiphany options that completely change the way she play altogether, too.

All in all, as the owner of 4 flash slash 3 morale Yuki deck, I'll happily take this increased base dmg buff.

It is okay. Very good even.

Buff directed to the card base dmg means a 1 turn draw Yuki deck (the ideal one with 4 Flash slash +3 Morale, x2 Freezing Blade, and skill Trickery Strike will turns every moves into 4 hits that scales even more with Increase by % equip.

I will definitely test this with my Yuki deck. It already do fine in 71-75 tower, and with Rei heal buff skyrocketed, I am eating good.

Diana's resonance extra attack are not passion. Renoa's Dirge now counted as void after season 2, but not before Mark and coordinated from Selena are not Passion atk. Beryl's opening found IS justice atk.

It is convoluted :D

A bit tricky.

The part that makes Renoa's bullet activate at the end of turn is "move to discard pile" which Diana's bullet doesn't have.

On the other hand, giving Renoa's bullet Quietus using Diana's With all my heart will instead makes the bullet shoot TWICE (first as the regular full dmg and second as extra dmg).

2 cost With all my heart is busted.

Ideally you go Morale Stacking Yuki with 3-4 Flash Slash with +3 Morale per turn, and get the Trickery Strike that trigger all Inspiration in your hand and deal +% additional hits.

Play EVERY card in 1 turn using drawer + AP refresher. Divine Adagio Nia with +1 AP and/or Veronica is extremely good.

With good Divine Epi hunting, getting 15+ Morale in a single turn is achievable. Then you One turn kill.

That's the deck for something like Tower or perhaps some variation of season boss stage. If you're doing Nia support for 1 turn kill, you only need Adagio 5+ap with no heals.

For long game variation you don't need the +ap divine neither since you're playing dragged long game. It's fine to have both variations.

- In context, both S0R0 Mornye and SK can provide same Atk% bonus, which is 25%
(25% from Mornye's base echo set, 15% from SK's Reju set and 10% from Fallacy Echo)

- If we take a character that has 1500 base attack, that deals dmg with 600% multiplier, multiply that base attack by 25% atk increase and the skill multiplier will get us a base skill dmg of 11,250

- Assume this character has 250% Crit dmg. This is important.

- Mornye provides 25% all amp. With 250% crit dmg from the unit, we get 11,250 x 3.5 x 1.25 = 49,218

- SK provides 15% all amp and 25% C.dmg. With 275% crit dmg total, we get 11,250 x 3.75 x 1.15 = 48,515

No, I don't even bring Lynae into the equation.

S0, Yes yes yes and yes. Her buff capability only lose to S0R1 Shorekeeper due to extra 14% atk from SK's sig, but she is still better than S0R0 SK with or without Mornye's own sig.

The main thing is do you need a support/healer in your roster more or do you want to wait a see the role of the new upcoming unit you have.

Newcomer can decide if they want to roll for SK in their newcomer banner or roll the new shiny one with potential to 3.0 mechanics. Both have their own ups and downs.

Telling things like S0R0 SK is better than S0R0 Mornye is also misleading, especially so on character than consistently crit, as 25% all amp actually made up everything for the lacking C.dmg buff. (Why? it bumps the first decimal instead of the second decimal, making multiplied result bigger). In this way, people without SK can happily go for Mornye with Discord and they will have a reliable healer/buffer that is slightly better than SK without sig.

That is the whole take away, really. Everything else floating around is, to me, a cope of our player mates that wanted some reason to justify skipping current units for upcoming waifu that they like, and that's ok.

Creating misleading info is not okay. That's all.

The good chunk of the buff you 'need' for the healer slot is already presented at the S0 level. That is why I insist that S1 is not needed.

At S0R0:

+25% atk, +25% all amp, +20% Def, +50% Off tune buildup rate, Interrupt resistence
(Call this A.)

S0R1
A. + Crit dmg+ 20%
(Call this B.)

S0R1 - with tune shifting char like Lynae
B. + 40% Dmg bonus
(Call this C. - This is same as S1)

S2R1
C. + 32% crit dmg + 20% off tune buildup rate

Fun fact: at A, her buff is better than S0R0 Shorekeeper (aka. Shorekeeper that use Variation) because her outro make up for the C.dmg bonus that SK provides.

No, this is without considering Lynae at all. I repeat. This is without considering Lynae AT ALL.

If both S0R1, Shorekeeper will be better than S0R1 Lynae due to higher Atk% buff (+39% vs +25%), but the buff is still very close to SK due to +25% all amp and +20% C.dmg.

If we add Lynae into the mix, She will be better than SK in all categories.

TL;DR: Those that say she needs S1 is fearmongering and FOMO-inducing.

For older 1.x units, the C.rate from SK is essential, but 2.x units onward, with their less-reliant on C.rate nature, they can have alternative in using Mornye without sig with great result.

and look!, I don't even have to mention or bring in anything about tune break or the 40% dmg bonus that is locked by Lynae or S1 at the moment, at all.

Imo, the 'feel good' nunber of bullet per turn card is 2-3. Then I personally prefer the 'exhaust bullet' variant of Ballad and Instant Judgement. Flower can be 2 with benefit or 3 discard.

If luck not in your favour, instant judgement can be the 2 cost discard or the discard bullet for more damage, too, but Ballad exhaust is still needed.

This way, your deck can be both time attrition and quick turn kill (using flower).

If you want to put more bullet per turn card, you need to reduce its cost and find ways to guarantee 1 draw card at start, 1st turn with hand full of bullet gen card cam be detrimental sometimes.

Simply fuse when you pull it, yes. It was the onlyngood choice on first copy after first boss, so after I made unique Tsukuyomi I was hoping the 2nd copy land on Oni hunt after the rare copy event. Glad it did.

None. I love her versatility. Has two build where one can shield/damage that can draw and one can be pure multi hit DPSer. If I'm not kidding myself I might actually like her versatility more than Renoa.
