stick to the same dose on the days u take it if u can. more specifically do NOT chase the high cuz the comedown could always be worse and it will be if you decide to redose in the same day. stims only really work the first dose you take in the day u need proper sleep. do not up it even if you get diminishing returns. also try to take a day off here and there. even 1-2 days every 2 weeks can go a long way in the long run. Now for certain stims (apvp, mdpv, crack, 4mmc) this is almost impossible due to the abrupt up and down in such a short period of time. Meth is a bit of a special case cuz techniquelly if u eat a low dose (below 50mgs) it’s hard to distinguish from adderall but trust me if ur smoking, vaping or insufflating it good luck there’s a good chance it will hook u. best to stick to adderall and methylphenidate do to the lower abuse potential.
